Branson Commerce Gateway ("BCOM") is the world leader in the automated fulfillment of business to business reservations in Branson, Missouri through its active and growing participation in all major aspects of Branson's Tourism industry.
BCOM serves both the local tourist venue and reseller industry worldwide. It works alongside the venues of Branson enhancing its office productivity while expanding its marketing reach.
Branson Venues
* Theaters are served by allowing the BCOM solution to automatically complete reservations on the Theaters CRM software. BCOM saves the theater time, expense and improves customer satisfaction. Currently, BCOM has configured over half of Branson's theaters with automation and quickly developing its software to serve all of Branson, MO.
* Hotels are served with automated reservations thru its CRM programming with the Global Distribution System. BCOM is currently in configuration of an API solution with the GDS systems that enables all reservationists on a worldwide basis to book hotels in Branson. This applies to both branded and non-branded accomodations.
* Attraction are served with automated purchase confirmations for the arriving guests without the need to manually handle reseller requests.
Local and Global Resellers
* Theaters, Hotels and Attractions are currently capable of providing reservation requests from their clients for all of Branson venues which has increased customer service and provided additional revenue streams for the venues.
* Local Resellers are now capable of providing their clients instantaneous confirmations and receipt vouchers for the guests without the time consuming manual requirements of phones, faxes and emails
* Global Resellers and Reservationists are currently enabled to book reservations automatically and instantaneously for their traveling clients without third party intervention which increases customer satisfaction and enhances the resellers commission structure for "selling Branson"
Three years in development, BCOM is quickly gaining dominance in the automated fulfillment of reservations for business-to-business transactions serving the Branson tourism industry.
